For example, isn't there a browser which is using Safari's rendering engine ? (is it using KHTML, WebKit?)Er, almost all of them, since Safari uses WebKit. In fact my main exasperation with Safari is that it supports a few CSS properties, like "display: run-in", that are in the CSS spec but no other browser ever got around to enabling them, so I have to keep remembering that I-can't-do-that even though the text editor's HTML preview (also webkit) thinks I can.
But honestly now, what are you trying to do that's so complicated you can't trust ordinary browsers (where "ordinary" = "anything other than MSIE") to get it right?
