I have a niche website and Wikipedia is ranking # 1 for my keywords. I understand it will be impossible to get ahead of Wikipedia and that is not my main concern. The issue is that the content on the page for Wikipedia just isnt accurate. It appears that someone in the UK has contributed and the rules for the US are completely different in terms of the niche. So, I would like to make some comments and suggestions to Wikipedia's page but I would also like to get credit for doing it. Are there any special tactics or techniques I could use to make the correction/addition to the Wikipedia page without just giving them my sites content for free? Thank you in advance.

If Wikipedia works correctly, anyone making an edit will be noted, for reference, and you cannot get around that. It's a useful way of tracking for accuracy, as well as for errors.

You can either become an editor, or ask an editor to make the changes for you.
