You need to give more information. Much more. That doesn't mean your site name* (I assume that's what engine edited out). It means...
-- what, if any, is the visible evidence of hacking? -- how did you find out you'd been hacked (direct observation or other means)? -- does the site use an established CMS (crystal ball says yes) and if so, which one? -- have you looked over your site files (by FTP or equivalent) including databases, if any to see what has been changed? -- what action have you already taken, aside from the obvious one of changing all passwords (potentially more than one if you've got a database in a separate location)? -- some-more-stuff-here that I can't think of at the moment
* There's a comprehensive WebmasterWorld rule against naming your own site. Even if there weren't, "Please visit this site which has been compromised though I don't know how" is not something you want to go around saying.

I'm with ^ on the more info.
If you're talking about an extreme change in search engine placement, that might be something else.

Kinda like "please go out with me even though my last girl/boy friend dumped me but I don't know why..."
