I owns several blogs from blogspot, wordpress, and others.
I would like a tool to automate the reblog or repost from one of my blogs to another.
What can I use simple and fast ?

You can use whatever you like, even cut and paste. The real question is why is it necessary? Ultimately you might create a dilution of content (if nothing else) or worst case a duplicate content profile. More info needed to answer the question.
