I have a contract where the client needs to use 100 of my freelancers for tasks that the client will pay us for completing. The client needs to contact the freelancers via email, which I have set up on my server (userfirstname+ID@mysite.com), I have it set up in PLESK so that all messages sent to these email addresses are forwarded to my email address. However, what about messages sent from this freelancer email address? How can I monitor all messages to and from these email addresses I created on my dedicated server? Any standalone scripts or perhaps settings in PLESK that I don't know of? Your help is appreciated.

Monitoring other e-mails can be both a nightmare, and, in some environments, illegal.

Why not use collaborating services, such as Yammer?

There is nothing illegal or nightmarish about this at all.

in some jurisdictions there are limits on employee surveillance.

I understand the limits and the repercussions of monitoring email. I am not asking for a discussion on that topic. No need to even bring it up. I have been in business for 30 years. In this situation, using contractors paid by piecework based in numerous countries around the world to provide a service for a client in Japan who will be communicating login information and project based messages only for this project through a one-time use email address (for the duration of this project only), which is provided by me on my dedicated server with full disclosure to all parties concerned that all messages to and from the client and service providers will be monitored for quality control and efficiency purposes. I am not based in North America. There are no laws that prohibit this in this specific situation... anywhere. I have checked. My lawyer has checked.

Anyway, this is not why I came here. I came here with a legitimate question and you have steered the conversation away from it and so far, after three days, I still have no concrete suggestions or solutions. I would be grateful for someone's input on the actual subject matter.

BTW, Your edit of my previous post, which I thought was to the point and accurate, speaks to the same type of censorship you are afraid might happen in the monitoring of emails.
