Sportsbetting websites legal?

Hello,

I am new in this world and would like involve more.

My question is; I do acquire one of the sportsbetting affiliate website at the moment for investment.

My concern is that is it legal to promote sports betting website in US and Canada.

The website basically promoting one of the big sports betting website and do refer people to that site, and makes money from the customers who do bet on sports.

what is your opinions on this subject?

I think, in the USA its illegal - Just my opinion before you make a mistake that MAY cost you many years of your life, see a lawyer.

The americans seem to be cracking down on online gambling and when they caught up with directors of gambling sites, all I can say is, they didnt stand them in the corner for 15 minutes.

Get my drift ?

Sure thing, lawyer is important. I just wanted to find quick answer from the experienced person, if there is anybody which has sports betting website, or similar.

Also the question is if you go to country where it's legal. As far as I know, in some European countries it's legal. But your website serving on the internet to the all world. Anybody can come and open account on betting website. How to limit people, or how much you are responsible in those cases. I am confused.

Your questions suggest that you have a great deal to learn before even considering how competitive a market you would be entering. I'd suggest you put your time into something else, sorry.
