Where Shall I add microdata schema in the page

Dudes,

Where Shall I add microdata (schemadotorg) in the page. I have about us page and I want to add company info through microdata. But I do not know where to add that information (within the body or before the body and within HEAD tag)

your About Us page should already contain company info.
it is this info that will get the schema.org markup.

yes.. but i want to display that info just parallel to google organic results like a rich snippet. Where to add schemadotorg given code in the the html. In the footer, head or within a body tag.

you add the schema.org markup to your existing on-page content.
your content is in the body of the html document.
