What is a range for the going rate for Email CPM?

I have a client in the wine industry who is being offered some email services with the rate depending in various filtering that they wish to do on the list.

What is a reasonable range for the current CPM rates for email? General rates are ok, but specifically for that industry would be even better if anyone has recent experience in this area.

If it's well-targeted, a B2C CPM rate will range between $100 and $250.
A B2B CPM rate - $250 to $1000+

That's a very generalised range. Be careful, though. The bit that alarms me in the OP is "being offered". There are many irrelevant or half-dead lists that are "being offered" to people.
