How to find out who gave you a facebook like, google+ or tweet?

I see some people are recommending my articles via these social signals, but how can I keep track of who recommends me and where they recommendations lie online?

There are monitoring tools, but as far as Twitter is concerned, just do a Tweets search for your site's URL and click "All" when searching.
