Today i got a call from someone wanting to buy an image off me to use on their site ... their client had fallen for the image - you know the thing, got it into their head that was the one they had to have!

unfortunately it wasn't my site - i have the .com, and this pic was on the .info

i looked at the image and the site, it was a made for adsense type site, however the photos looked like they were originals (eg not stock), fyi it was a view in a town in america.

the guy had called me as the whois email address for the domain didn't work and he'd thought i might just own that doamin as well.

i didn't! and he's now going to look for a different image.

sure it wouldn't have been a lot of money, but it would have been a bit of easy money if they'd had a working whois email or a contact form on their site!
