Entire Website Is Mirrored at Another Domain

I have exactly this situation:
[webmasterworld.com...]

My website still ranks very well but whatever I change on my it, mirror website also have that change after couple seconds.
I think some competitors hired someone to do this.
Mirrored domain name is not indexed by google and also I tried to reach hosting company but they do not respond on phones or emails to close this website.

Is there any script, htaccess or anything that I can broke connection and secure my website.

have you investigated or tried any of the suggestions mentioned in the thread you linked to?

Thank you for replay. I am not familiar with htaccess. I tried to implement what they suggested but unfortunately I do not have enough knowledge to check did it work. I checked mirror website after I added this line:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www\.)?example\.domainother\.com(:[0-9]+)?$
RewriteRule - [G]
(If I added everything correctly) but mirror website still copy any change.
I do not know how they do this so I do not know what to fix to broke this connection between them.
I am sure that they do not have FTP details and that server is not hacked.

is this precisely what you used or did you change this to the actual "other domain"?

also have you checked the IP address and the hosting for the other domain to see if it is actually directing traffic for that domain to your server?
