Hello I have a team of dedicated full time 20 people and i want to use them to promote my forum
how can i use them, what tasks shall i assign to them to increase traffic to my forum

You, by yourself, can't effectively direct and control 20 people.
You need to set them up into groups, maybe by function, and let one in each group manage the group.
You need to set up some reporting structure from the groups to yourself so you can monitor what's going on.
If you don't think about how 20 people will be directed and enthused before you start then give them to someone else because it will be a waste of time and probably doom your forum to total disaster.
