Hi guys
I have a small product and an opencart shopping cart website.

I want to place some banner ads to avertise my product.

But as I have a small budget I don't feel able to join one of the banner ads networks.

Is there anywhere on these forums where I could advertise for some webmaster who may wish to host my ad ?
