Hacked: hidden willy medicine links seen only by Google, how long ?

How long before Google clears its cache and my spammed pages

Hi,

I have been hacked and Viiiiiaaaa..... (pills) links and keywords appeared on my pages ONLY FOR GOOGLE (pharmacy hack only seen by Google bots).

I have cleaned my websites but Google cache has not yet changed after 1 month, do you know how long these wrong pages (with spammy keywords and links) will disappear from google cache ?

Anyway to tell google that I'm clean now ? :-)

Are you facing any kind of traffic drop or penalty due to this ?

If you have a sitemap, try to resubmit the same from your wmt.

There's a separate tool in GWT asking them to remove a page or directory from the cache. If the pages are not marked no-cache, they will gradually return to the cache as google recrawls.

From here on there's a lot of overlap in where they tell you to go and what they tell you to do. You're probably the best judge of what steps you need to take. First step obviously is to make absolutely sure you've got rid of the problem and prevented it from coming back.
