Did Romania suddenly get rich when I wasn't looking? They seem to be miles ahead* of the rest of the planet-- implying that all the 4s were used up so they've had to go straight to the 6s instead.
* Over 8%, as opposed to global under 1%.

I don't have an IPv6 capable router, and I don't see many around in use. I don't know about ISPs elsewhere, but in Japan they are not even talking about it (However, that's probably because they made a huge mistake deploying a carrier internal network using IPv6 blocks they were not supposed to be using...but that's another story). I'd think the ISPs would need to promote the benefits to their customers and provide them with capable equipment.
