I have a client who runs a massage therapy studio. She was looking around on google this morning to see how her site was doing in search engine results and discovered that a site "naughtygirls" dot com (i didn't want to put the real link up here)

I have emailed the site and asked them to remove the link. is there anything else either I or my client can do? Are there any "rights" out thee for this sort of thing?

Perhaps some wording on the site about asking permission first before linking. Hint at what sites would be considered good link candidates: local, family safe, related to massage, etc.

Being that a massage therapy studio is one web neighborhood away from a massage parlor there might be a task needed to identify your customer's site as not not being a parlor.

The general public may not be aware of the differences or may ASSume that your customer offers 'happy endings' for an extra fee. Perhaps a well crafted FAQ page can accomplish describing the mainstream nature (vs s8x industry) of your client and include a undertone of 'no s8x here' as well.
