Yes, it's another button to add to your site.
I think I'm going to start a new type of social / professional / crowd-source network... one where only the restroom of a business are important.
It will incorporate all the most popular features of Twitter, FB, LinkedIn and G+
If you really like our bathrooms, please click the "Toity+" button. ..."Had a great BM? Consider posting a pic!" "Let others know the lighting in our lav is just as great for reading laser printed reports as glossy magazine!" "New heated and padded seats in the 2nd floor lav!", etc.
"Need an invite to the after-hours circle? We meet in the back stall on the 7th floor"... On the back of the door in each stall of member company's bathrooms will be WiFi connected touch screen, (which have a built in UV santizer), so users can rate smell, lighting, color scheme, # of TP plys, seat comfort, stall size, availability of coat hooks, etc.
I expect every business will hire a PCO, (professional can optimizer), to insure the company has better bathrooms and ranks well on the site.
The PCO job will also include BRM work, (bathroom reputation management). If workload gets too big, the PCO and BRM jobs may both require full-time employees.
It will be vital to an organization's long term viability to respond to requests and complaints, or risk competitor's bathrooms being ranked higher on the network. Typical issues the BRM will need to deal with:
"Seat in stall #3 is always cold, please move A/C vent"
"Hand towel dispenser only lets out 8"-10" at a time -- I need at least 3-4 feet!"
"Urine cake has too much pine scent"
"Faucet on sink splashed on front of my pants, had to spend 20 minutes in front of hand dryer before I could go back to work unembarrassed".
...any VC want to invest?
(I'll admit -- This is NOT a completely original idea -- Adam Gaffin, an Editor at my local newspaper started publishing "Wicked Good Guide to Boston Restrooms" about 15 years ago -- [
