DOJ clarfies its position on intra-state Internet Gambling

According to qualified resources such as[gamblingandthelaw.com ]

This decision, made public last Friday 12/23/2011 in a memorandum opinion dated Sept. 20, 2011 cleared a path for intrastate, interstate and potentially international gambling on the Internet.

Question for webmasters who are in - or who used to be in the online gambling industry; how do you plan to utilize these changes?

Just discussed on the business news. All about getting more tax-dollars (sin-tax).
Politicians don't care how they get tax revenue these days, as panic on over-spending sets in.
Scammers, Spammers, Gambling sites, ... It is all the same. As long as they "pay taxes", they are seen as a real business, no matter what the potential harm behind them.

Plus, for the scammer/spammer side, more businesses then spring up to block them.. More revenue and taxes.

Personally, I don't care what they do with the gambling industry. It is an overall much better area than scammers and spammers. At least the gambling sites in general only take advantage of people that are dumb enough to come to them voluntarily.

I would never give one iota to a gambling site.. I would never be a customer. So they can go their merry way, create all the gambling sites they want. The more money they make, the less taxes comes out of my pocket (not counting all the public paid "get rid of your gambling addiction" programs taxes then pay for later).
