i'm not sure about those specifically, however like all 'certificates' it is a question of what you want them for.

if you are a freelance then obviously not much point.
if you're looking for your first job then it shows enthusiasm i guess.

I am pretty well established in my career at this point, my supervisor would like for me to obtain some certifications though and I was trying to find out if any of them really carried any weight. I haven't ever really heard of any that do thought others might have.

Will your supervisor pay for the certification? It's certainly cheaper than a degree from an online "university", and about as meaningful.
