Cox Digital Solutions (Adify) CPM rates

I has a space on my website that displays Cox Digital Solutions ads. Their system allows you to set a mimium CPM rate, which is cool. A few days ago my CPM rate of the ads that are displayed on my site had dramatically dropped, way below my CPM minimum rate. I had contacted the support two times and no one has responder to me yet. Before they were very quick in responding but they dont respond about this issue (more than 50 hours already). I suspect there is something fishy going on. Has someone used Cox Digital Solutions? Or have you had similar issue with another CPM media?

Just for your information, webmasters, COX still has not replied to my emails (I sent 4 in total). What happened is: my sold impressions went up last Monday (90% of my inventory got sold, up to that day only around 25% were sold which was very low so I was hoping more media will find my website and start adverting on it) So I was happy when on Monday my sold inventory went up to around 90%. The CPM rate was good and I made good money. Two days later the CPM rate dropped to around $0.20 - $0.30, which is under the minimum of $1 I have set. Even though I wrote many times to COX (Adify) no one has responded to give me explanation why is that! So the bottom line is they sell around 90% ads on my site for super cheep! If you ever consider using this company, please remember my story. I may not be the only one who experience this issue. I understand any error can occur in the system but how do you explain the fact no one answers my emails ? I guess you can make your own conclusion.
