I had an idea of create an article site. But I'm afraid that nowdays it would be treated as content farm by google. What do you think about it? Thanks in advance

i don't think so if you create a good site with strict content guidlines that meets Google SOP's check newly update content that is it unique or spun you can get good authority in article sites ...
