I am wondering if anyone has any insight into whether or not changing hosts and going to a dedicated IP would have any negative impact on existing rankings, especially with Bing and Google?

I want to change several sites that rank quite well to another host and do not want to mess up my rankings.

The only downtime issue would be propagation from one nameserver to another.
