Hopefully someone can enlighten me.

I was looking through last years analytics and comparing them to sales figures. I noticed that in january 2010 Amazon.com and .co.uk were refering almost 1500 visitors to my website over the course of the year its degenerated to nothing. I can see the landing pages so i know what products they were refering too. but as I was not here during that time i have no idea why.

I Wouldn't mind having that traffic back, did Amazon run a PPC service back then? I dont know what amazon was doing back then and have no idea if/what changed?
