I typed in my domain keyword "tire review expert" to see if it came up on the first page and I noticed my site's title and tag line half way down the page. But it's not my site.

I get to looking closer and I see what looks like my sites title and description but with some url that's parked at Godaddy. [theheistison.net...]

This just doesn't seem right to me. What would you do? Thank you for your help.
