I thought I would start a thread that was relative to my current situation in order to get some other perspectives.

If you were approached by a serious buyer today to acquire your site(s), what would it take?

What do you do with the money? That plays a big part in the decision process. Do you re-invest in another business or another site? Do you buy some real estate? Do you become a landlord? Do you become an investor?

What do you do after the sale with yourself? I know a lot of my self-esteem rides on my successes in life and in business, including my sites. How do you patch the hole that would be missing after a sale? (I know, I know... you patch it with hundred dollar bills right? ;-)
