I am looking for a web based software to provide support to my customers. The features that I need are:

1. A not intimidating interface. No set up by visitors.
2. Visitors should be able to insert text and upload photos.
3. The results of the visitor's input (text and photos) are used to generate a web page.
4. The resulting web page is visible to both visitors and specialists.
5. The number of visitors might be up to a few hundreds a day.
6. The last, but not the least. I am not a computer whiz. The simpler, the better.

Is anything like this possible with off the shelf software?
