Free software to count hours?

I have a client that wants me to track hours to the second and I've been logging my work with SQL date/time stamps (e.g. 2010-05-31 16:39:51). I'm looking for a freeware program that I can just plug in the start/end time for the days that I work and have it figure out the hours for me. Suggestions please?

If you are on a 32-bit Windows OS I would suggest Time Stamp from Syntap dot com.
It has some great features and I've been using it for years and very pleased with it.
