Ocassionally check the source file of [Adobe.com ], I couldn't find the Keyword Meta(but there is a description meta), And why?

That's probably because the keyword meta tag has almost no value to SEO at all.

yep, got it, aodbe.com takes a dominent position in flash industry, may there is less effort needed for SEO.

That's true as well, but the keyword meta tag won't do much good on any website. Do a search on WebmasterWorld for "keyword meta" and you'll find a lot of information.
