Supplier setting prices . How to compete

Ideas to make our website standout

We sell ONE product in our store. It is very unique. We can't get it anywhere else. Our supplier is also our competitor on the web. We are required to sell at a set price, and charge the same price for shipping. They basically don't want us to have any kind of advantage.

Does anyone have any ideas how we can make our store more desirable to buy from?

Such as...
Better store design
More payment options
Faster shipping

Etc....etc. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated

Easier checkout process. Capture customers emails. Offer added value by having more content and an easier to use site. Add the personal touch if appropriate.

add another complimentary product to your store and offer discount from that. of course, get the other product from a different supplier.

Create your own add on product.
Like "The Guide to Easy Widget Maintenance"

if the product is a consumable product, than offer a reminder service for the replenishment order.

offer more items that buyers can add to their order, with no increase in shipping.

Or find some other products where your supplier isn't in direct competition with you

Also, perhaps you could create a story to present the stuff you sell in a better way than your competitive-supplier does.
