I can't access some site like webshots in China. Who could kindly tell me a proxy or VPN some like hotspot ? I don't why hotspot don't work recently.

The Great Firewall of China has probably learned of HotSpot and blocked it. Rather than relying on free services you should probably look in the US or Europe for a paid proxy or VPN option.
