I have had this site for 14 years and now moved to this new cart and lost my ranking and tons of traffic. Any suggestions would be appreciated

have you changed the urls?
have you checked GWT for any messages or clues?

Well the company the is hosting us on their server said he changed the URL from EXAMPLE.COM TO http://www.example.com/directory/index.php

He then never explain why,,, he just said he had to. I did not find this out for over two months.

For the past 10 years I had a webmaster and this guy dealing with the site. I would send them updates via Excel sheets and he would load them. Now I am doing all the product loading,,, but did not customize the cart.
