Is there a link out there besides the [snip] (which is not free) to to REVERSE EMAIL LOOKUPS to verify that an email address is true? I've found nothing but pay sites.

Any places I could try? I'm getting fake email registrations on my website from cyber bullys.

sam spade ? not exactly what you are looking for but used to be more than halfway usefull( depends on your OS )..Well some of us liked it :)

Cyber bullies could just as easily use real e-mails, so verifying that the e-mail address is valid may not completely solve your problem.
