I and a friend of mine are thinking about setting a web site for different countries, but we don't know which is the best functional design for that purpose. So, these are the questions we have, if anybody could help us:
- Should we get several ccTLD domains (#*$!.fr, #*$!.it, #*$!.es etc.) instead of having a single #*$!.com? Which are the advantages of doing so?
- I suppose each domain should have its own server, but all of them have to share the same database. So, it is ok if we use several servers (one for each domain) and only one SQL server for all of them? If the user number is about 60.000, a SQL server could manage them all?
Thank you,
