first I apologize for my poor english
I am webmaster of one health site with 10 k daily(not english) .one php
programmer programmed my website as full dynamic before.
you know such websites always needs programmer for supporting.I myself
don`t know anything about programing.
I have an idea.he works for me freely and inserts his link at footer
of my site at all ages for getting customers.I think by this way he can
get many customers. ..
what do u think?
by inserting their link and their websites on footer don`t they get many customers?
Not that I'm aware of. Hold on...
Hey, any Professional PHP Programmers out there work for free in exchange for a sitewide footer link? Do you get many customers using that business model?
Let's give it an hour or so to see if anyone is around that fits our criteria. ;)
By the way, what happened to the previous Programmer?
but one interesting thing
6 years ago when I was looking for professional programmer after browsing many websites(more than several months) I liked design and programming of one site.at footer of its site I found link and name of the company that created the website.I emailed them and they introduced one good and professional php programmer for me
I believe good working attracts many customers...

I'll tell you what you will get for this.
An amateur coder trying to get a few jobs under his/her belt who will code up an insecure application for you, then by the time he/she really knows what they are doing, rather than come back and clean up the mess they've made they will just disappear, and (try to) forget the project ever existed.
Oh wait! You already have that!
I am teasing you, please don't be offended. I program in Perl, PHP, Javascript, work with DB's, and I can tell you, we are highly underrated. No one understands the complexity of what we do, nor do they care. What they see is simple because we make it look simple - but what goes on behind it is anything but simple.
And I'm not even "that good." :-)
If you want a coder to stick with you, the answer was posted right off, put yourself in their shoes and make sure they get enough compensation to focus on your project and at reasonable conditions. $200/month won't keep a "programmer in your pocket." We have to survive, and that means, okay, I'll take your $200/month, but that means I need to do other work, and this other work is going to subtract from time when you really need me.
A footer link "designed by Woo Hoo I'm great" is only something an amateur does. This is not how you collect clients. It's similar to "This website best viewed in . . . "
Here is a second option for you.
So you can't afford a full time programmer. Who can? But what you can do is work in a set of directives and a monthly budget. So if you throw $200/mo at a qualified programmer, what you can start to do is line up 12 tasks, one for each month that will be reasonable forward moves on your site. Get someone good at things besides programming as well.
I can guarantee you your first month will be just the coder taking time to fully explore the site. But at the end of a year, you're only $2400 into it and your site should begin showing results . . .
how to have programmer always?
Your idea of the footer is good as long as your website traffic-reference means clients for him. That's not a guarantee. More than a link I would think of a button of "site designed and maintained by".
Anyway is not that your idea is not good, it's been done before, in fact I know cases where others (including myself) have worked only to gain a credit and that credit means more work in the future (paid), but as ChrisE said:
My bank told me that a footer link doesn't work when I want to pay my bills.
The main problem is: site is growing...now is 10k daily (about doubling per year) but no income .google doesn`t supports our language and banner advertisement has not been activated.at the sametime sometimes I need someone to do some technical things.
as you said I think one good way to have someone works for me is time/money/work
