Unfortunately My IP is black listed.I could understand that from my previous experience.I cant log in to famous websites like yahoo and google.Its not my fault.So as remedy how can I inform these people that I am suffering from this problem.How can I log in smoothly ...Any reply very helpful...

You could use a trusted proxy that isn't blacklisted.

what was the reason for black listing your IP? try proxy(i google) it works

Are you sure you're actually blacklisted? There are many viruses/worms which alter your hosts file to redirect search engine searches through compromised servers. You may be victim of one of these. Have you tried a virus scan?
