I am going to be making some informational websites and need them highly optimized. I am new to this and need to know a good place to find websites templates that will promot this. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

You could probably find something by doing a search for "free template". However, most of the available templates are overly complex, designed for visual appeal rather than presenting information. Instead, I suggest that you spend a few hours learning basic html, then design your own simple template. If you intend to do serious SEO, you will need to learn some basic html anyway.

welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com], lnrhurst!

for what do you need your templates optimized?
how big is your site?
hand-editing a few documents is a different task than creating potentially hundreds or thousands of pages of content and using templates or plugins in a content management system.

I am ultimately building this to put Google Adsense on it so I am looking for as much traffic as possible. I registered a domain name on godaddy and now I need to build the site. I happen to have Dreamweaver 3 but found it incredibly complicated to use compared to Homestead which I signed up for a free trial. Any information on wat to do now would be appreciated.
