Botnet Controlled Via Twitter [itwire.com]
Some of the latest botnets are using carefully crafted tweets as a command-and-control mechanism.
I guess we shouldn't be surprised that this is happening; after-all, Twitter is a very open communications platform without any in-built delays or message checking.

Oi. Analyzing twitter faults after uttering the words "the latest botnets", why not reveal info about these "latest botnets" instead?

I can't swim in my pool without knowing a satellite is taking pictures of my backstroke, or use nasty language online without being penalized quickly. How is it that if I found a way to attack all of your computers you'd never even know who I was? Shouldn't be possible.
