Hi,

I'd like to have a blog or site that has posters of animals on it. I've joined allposters and wonder how large the poster images displayed on a site can be? I'm thinking of displaying each picture on a single page with text to accompany it together with adsense.

I look forward to your replies.

There is no logical limitation. In real life:
1. Your host may put a limit on individual file sizes
2. Your host may put a limit on the total disc space used.
3. Your host may put a limit on bandwidth - the bigger the image the more each hit will use
4. Your FTP session may time out when uploading large files
5. Your ISP may put a limit on bandwidth which you may hit if uploading many pictures
6. If images take too long to download your visitors are more likely to hit the back button that to wait or to click on and ad.

For display purposes you know how big you want your image to be, just size it accordingly with a photo editing package. If you want to make a copy available for printing then zip it and make it a clickable link.
