My client requires live chat software so they can answer enquiries live.
They will have 2/3 operators max on the system, does anyone know a good UK based software package for this.

Livezilla is free and partially open source. We're testing it right now and so far so good. Easy replacement for our current solution that costs approximately $3K/month based on licenses.
