I'm looking for a script or company or software that will help me build a consumer review website. I also want to be able to have a classified ads section.

Core features will include the following: (1) consumer reviews of car dealerships, (2) classified auto listings for both consumers and auto dealers, (3) auto news feed section, (4) ability to charge auto dealers for membership, or rather certification, by our site. We have created a credibility seal that a dealer will be able to place on their own website showing they have been certified by us as a good dealer (given they meet and maintain our requirements for becoming a certified dealer by us).
