i have seen many sites showing home page pr on all the inner pages of the website not even on cached pages or page just created through dynaic process..
How can we do this and is it really helpful for some sites. I think it cud help for link exchange sites..

I'm pretty sure they just stuck an image on every page. Having your website do an actual PR query on every page load would not be a good idea for many reasons. If somebody is going to link to your page they are going to link to your page regardless if it has a pr number on the page. If the pr of the page made any difference to a person they have a mod installed that tells them anyhow. I think it is in bad taste to put your pr on every page.
