Do you use SPF mail verification?

I seem to be having a problem with SPF and wondered if other people use it on their sites and servers. Is it more trouble than its worth?

SPF [google.com] has been discussed a lot here.

I use it. It works for me. It took a few minutes to add to the text record to my DNS.
