What is the Highest ECPM You have been able to achieve?

I was wondering if you could share what is the highest ECPM you have been able to acheive for a site, and/or page (more specifically for a site though).
Do you think $20-$50 is achievable, how about anything higher? Is that doable? Thanks.

I have a financial-related site that I just running AdSense on. There's hardly any traffic, but the CTR is decent. One page had a eCPM of $690, but that was for one click. The average eCPM is $26 for the site.

I've got a site which continually turns about $300 cpm, with a few dozen visitors per day. I also have some specific pages on a different site which consistently turns over $1,000 cpm, also with a few dozen visitors per day on each page. I've tried to reproduce these results, but haven't been able to.
