IE Dropdown Menu Incompatibility

Paypal won't accept my site!

I recently applied for a Paypal Payments Pro account but have been told by them that I am ineligible because they can't access my T&C page.
It transpires that they are using a version of IE that won't display my dropdown menus. Does anyone have a solution? It is now getting urgent because they said they would review it on 12th and if it was not fixed I would be disqualified for three months!

Place a static link at the bottom of the page (or at the top if there's a convenient slot for it).

Without much more detail, it's unlikely anyone will be able to fix your menu problem.

NB Links to personal sites are not allowed.

Thanks, I've done this now and it should do the trick whilst a seek a solution to the drop[down problem.
