I have 3 questions please help me.
1) My host has AWStats Monitoring tool but it update only each 10 days! also there is no "Update Now" button could I install another AWStats Tools and confige it Manually?
2) How I can make a robot to visit/meet a website around 100 times in a day in example I want to make a robot to visit Yahoo.com 100 times in each day and then Yahoo traffic rate will grow up!
3) Google ADsense and Google ADwords are free?

1) i would suggest looking at the Website Analytics - Tracking and Logging forum [webmasterworld.com] and posting the awstats question there and you should get some good help with that issue.
2) regarding the yahoo robot, i would not suggest what you are trying to do.
you will likely get blocked for trying that.
but it would certainly make an interesting discussion in the Search Engine Spider Identification forum [webmasterworld.com].
3) adsense is "free" [google.com].
you can discuss specific adsense issues in the Google AdSense forum [webmasterworld.com].
adwords is "free" until someone clicks [google.com] on your ad.
actually i think there is a $5 fee to get started, but you can set maximum bids for clicks and daily and monthly budgets.
