Hello Everyone...

I have decided to update my URL's rather URL names....but the new ones I have are much longer in length than the original one...I would like to know your expert views whether we should update to long URL's without giving it a second thought OR shall we keep it short...

Pls suggest...we need your valuable comments...

Thanks in advance...

Regards
Monalisa

I have had some experience in using long urls and for some reason they are less successful with Google. My alternative is to use shorter urls targeting the keywords while duplicate the same content on these websites. In my case I have www.city1-widgets.co.uk, www.city2-widgets.co.uk, www.city3-widgets.co.uk and so on. The client also sees more than one of his sites on the same search page.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Paul
