How can I load my address book in Outlook 2003 when I click on the TO button?

a: Go to Contacts and right click on the appropriate icon in My Contacts.

b: View folder list (one of the options in the bottom left panel) and right click on appropriate contacts icon

Either way, select Properties, then Outlook Address Book and tick Show this folder as an e-mail address book.

You'll need to do this for each folder of contacts that you have.
