Hey guys and gals, I started a hosting company but having issues with running my own nameserver. IE: customers on godaddy can't add my nameservers to their list because it says the nameservers are not registered.

anyone have an idea why?

they are: ns1.basicdev.net and ns2.basicdev.net.

From a Google search, I think this might be a Godaddy-specific thing, i.e. nameservers have to be registered with their control panel system. I don't use Godaddy myself unfortunately. I assume there's nothing in their documentation about it?
