When writing title tags for my links pages should i put my site keywords in it, if yes should they come first? For example if my site sells widgets and i have link pages with 10 different catagories, should my link page titles look like this:
Buy Widgets - Link Page on XYZ products
Blue Widgets - Link Page on 123 things
or
Link Page on XYZ products - Buy Widgets
Link Page on 123 things - Blue Widgets

If my keywords are first will it help more or does it not make a difference?
- Thanks for any input

The title element should reflect what the page is about. If you have a good collection of relevant links you might be able to categorize them and use page titles such as:

Blue Widget Manufacturers
Blue Widget Distributors
Blue Widget Repair

You can also consider tacking on your domain or company name:

Red Sprocket Designers - BlueWidgetSales.com
Purple Cog Maintenance - Blue Widget Sales, Inc.
