Is there a specific order that meta tags should be?

Is there a specific order that meta tags should be?
For example, in your html should you put your <title>tag first, then your <keyword> tag and then your <description> tag?
Also can anyone direct me to a past discusion were they spoke about writing proper description, title and meta tags?

Dear Friend,

This should be the way you should add meta tags to your page:
Title
Description
Keyword
.....
Although there is no hard and fast thing to add metas in this way but people normally add it in this order only.
Since this gives maximum exposure to the metas
